Physical SMART Debt Planner
We accept returns of unused physical planners within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The planner must be unused and in its original condition.
- The planner must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your planner arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged planner and packaging
Once reviewed, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other solution.
Digital PDF Edition
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of the SMART Debt Planner PDF Edition are final.
Because digital downloads are delivered immediately after purchase, we cannot offer refunds once access has been provided.
If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your download, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have not yet shipped may be eligible for cancellation and a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post your refund after it has been issued.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the order has already shipped, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package if it is returned to us.
