We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and accurately as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your purchase is received except during the launch period in July, 2026.

During periods of high demand, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Any applicable taxes or duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination and carrier but are generally between 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country.

Digital Products

If you purchase the SMART Debt Planner PDF Edition, your download will be delivered electronically after your payment has been successfully processed.

Delivery instructions will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

If you do not receive your download, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made before shipment, we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Orders

If your planner arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review the information and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
